Cheater Pants
Re-Pete is reading Cheater Pants aloud today, I am falling in love with this little girl.... Re-Pete adds inflection, she whispers, she even smiles large when she reads the funny bits. Ah, to be young and falling in love with reading again...

My students (2nd grade) LOVE Junie B. (why does everyone forget the 'B'? ;) ) I love it when my students are shocked at some of her antics and grammar...makes for many 'teachable moments'. The Junie B. Jones series is a marvelous 'gateway drug' to chapter books.
