Re-Pete, the almost 7 year old, was trying to tell me she thought I was funny, said,
"Mommy, you're so SOL!"
I think she meant to say LOL...
The stroke I had was minor, I'm pretty sure.
Now you go find out who's been saying SOL in front of her....
Oh, right.....it was probably me.....

Been there, I claimed it meant "so outta luck". Unfortunately, that led my child to believe it was an acceptable phrase for them to use (at school).
If she said SQL it would be disturbing.
... bwhahhaa..... I was BORN SOL...... from the mouths of babes, eh?..
