Black and Bleu

Can I tell you folks how good I am?
Oh, yeah, I rocked the kitchen tonight!
Had hubby's help too. For those of you in the know, you'll remember that dear R makes some of the best steak evah.
I mixed some spring green with diced carrots, purple onion, campari tomatoes, fresh soft mozzarella, bleu cheese crumbles, and a ginger vinaigrette. Topped with sliced strips of medium rare steak.
I washed it down with a Blue moon ale. Sweet.
Oh, man! That was good.
