Wash your Hands!

The Marine tells me that a few of the cases of the H1N1 flu (AKA Swine Flu) are at his base. Here's to hoping he remembers good hand washing techniques!

I know people are getting a Little antsy about this, but really, folks! We know, as a people, how to prevent the spread of disease- it's all about washing your hands!!!!
I teach my students to make sure they sing the ABC song or Happy birthday twice whilst washing and then rinse wrist to finger tips and they should be fine. And you don't need antibacterial soap, either. Just soap- don't add to the Superbug problem.
